How to make a cupcake with tissue paper
You will need: 1 cupcake liner, pink tissue paper, blue glitter glue, tape, scissors and a red pompom.
Cut 1 sheet of pink tissue paper in half and fold into a ball, tape the bottom to hold it together.
Tape the cupcake top to the bottom of the cupcake liner.
Glue a small red pompom on top and with your blue glitter glue stick add little lines for the sprinkles.
