Cupcake crafts with hama beads
Make a sweet cupcake craft with hama beads, would make a cute gift for any cupcake lover. You will need a hexagon peg board, wax paper, iron, 22 red hama beads, 36 white hama beads and red craft cord.
You will need a hexagon peg board to make this beaded cupcake. Follow the cupcake pattern above, start from the bottom of the cupcake and place four hama beads in the first row, five beads in the second row, six beads in the third row and seven beads for the last row of red beads. With white beads begin the first row with eight beads, nine for the second row, six for the third row, seven for the fourth row, four beads for the fifth row and two diagonal beads for the tip of the frosting.
Cover with a piece of wax paper and place your preheated iron on top of the cupcake for 10 to 20 seconds or until beads fuse together.
Turn cupcake over and repeat on the other side.
Cut a piece of red craft cord to a desired length and loop through the top bead.
