How to make a cookie monster cupcake craft
You will need: blue tissue paper, 1 cupcake liner, tape, scissors, glue, black foam, 2 small white pompoms and 2 tiny black pompoms
Cut one sheet of blue tissue in half and fold into a ball. Cut the excess tissue paper and tape together. Place ball into cupcake liner and secure with tape.
Glue both tiny black pompoms onto the small white pompoms and glue on blue tissue paper for the eyes. Trace and cut out a circle from the black foam about 2 inches in size. Cut the circle in half and glue on the tissue paper for the smile.
